Qualifying for Republican, Democratic, and Independent candidates for Bulloch, State, and Federal offices opens at 9am on Monday, March 4, 2024, and continues until noon on Friday, March 8, 2024. Independents require a nomination petition to be filed as part of their qualification.

- If a local Partisan Candidate qualifies as REPUBLICAN, they will qualify with the local Republican Party at their headquarters :

- If a local Partisan Candidate qualifies as DEMOCRAT, they will qualify with the local Democratic Party and they will conduct qualifying at the Bulloch County Annex across the hall from our the elections office.
- If a local candidate qualifies as NONPARTISAN candidates they will qualify in the elections office at the Bulloch County Annex.
