The Bulloch County Elections & Registration Office had a record-breaking first day of early voters in a runoff election. The office saw 1,736 people on Monday, November 28, 2022, which was the first day of advanced in-person voting for the runoff election for the Georgia Senate seat.
Shontay Jones, Election Supervisor, says that the office has never voted this number of people in one day that she could remember since Bulloch County started advanced in-person voting.
Advanced voting will continue through Friday, December 2, from 8am until 5:30pm each day at the Elections & Registration Office in the North Main Annex located at 113 North Main Street.

Voting will be held at individual precincts on Election Day, which is December 6, from 7am until 7pm. Voters can find their precinct here.
Very limited parking; Pay property tax online if possible
Due to a couple of factors, parking at the North Main Annex is very limited at this time. Construction within one of the Annex lots has eliminated available spaces.

Secondly, Bulloch County property taxes are due on Thursday, December 1, and taxes are payable in person at the Annex. This is adding to the number of people attempting to park there this week.
Voters who are able may want to park somewhere else off North College St. or downtown and walk the short distance to the Annex. The parking lot at 127 North Main is also AVAILABLE FOR VOTER PARKING. The building at that address is pictured below.

If at all possible, please pay your property taxes online to avoid the parking situation. There is also a dropbox outside the Annex in which you can quickly place your payment (checks only, sealed in an envelope with your bill).
