Hey, Hey, Baby You're a Firework!
The Bulloch County Recreation and Parks Department and Cardinal LG presented the 2023 Firecracker Fest at Mill Creek Regional Park in Statesboro on Saturday, July 1, from 5-10 pm.

An evening of fun for everyone
The free community event included several inflatables, live music, vendors, kids’ activities, and so much more.
Some of the event's highlights included the traditional Frog Jumping Contest (where participants had to bring their own frog) and the Greased Pole Climb.
The musical lineup this year included Fantasy Band, and the local group, The May Belle’s (who also delivered the National Anthem).
For the finale, Briggs and Stratton sponsored the fireworks show, which took place around 9:15 p.m.
It was the perfect "BOOM-tastic" end to an incredible evening of FUN!
