Comcast is bringing dinosaurs, discovery, and digital connection to Effingham County with a special free community event on Sunday, July 27 at 12:00 p.m. EST at the Mars Theater in Springfield, Georgia.
In partnership with the Georgia Southern University Paleontology Department, the event will feature a screening of Jurassic World Rebirth, interactive exhibits, and exciting giveaways for the whole family.
Georgia Southern University will play a key role in the event by showcasing a fascinating fossil display curated by its Paleontology Department. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with real specimens and learn about prehistoric life from academic experts, reinforcing the University’s commitment to community outreach and science education.

The event will feature a free screening of Jurassic World Rebirth, along with an educational fossil exhibit and interactive display from Georgia Southern University’s Paleontology Department.
