Citizens are being asked to report damages to their homes so that local inspectors can provide the data to agencies like FEMA for funding assistance.

If you live in an area or neighborhood that was impacted by Tropical Storm Debby, you'll soon see city or county inspectors traveling through to gather information on home damage. This will allow our local government to deliver community impact data to agencies like FEMA.

If you have damage to your home, please do one of the following:

1. Send the Bulloch County EMA a private message on this Facebook page.

2. Email [email protected].

When you report damage in either of these ways, let the County know which NEIGHBORHOOD you're in and include your best photo of the damage, if you have one. They can then tabulate the number of homes and level of damage. If you don't live in a neighborhood, please provide your address.

The County DOES NOT need to make individual contact with you or get specifics. At this point in time, the crews are just counting damaged homes and adding them to the list for the county's Individual Assistance Request for funding.
