In response to the recent tragedy at Apalachee High School, Georgia’s State School Superintendent Richard Woods is advocating for increased funding to bolster school safety with the implementation of School Resource Officers and crisis alert systems in every school across the state.

To ensure students stay on track for timely graduation, school counselors are available to guide those needing academic course credit recovery through the Graduation Performance Academy. Applications are open now online, or students may speak with their guidance counselor.
