Jason Wolfe was raised in western New York and attended St. Bonaventure for undergraduate studies. He moved to Statesboro in 2008. Jason decided to pursue his passion for health and fitness in 2009 by continuing his education at Georgia Southern where he earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Science.

Jason and his then business partner identified a need in Statesboro for qualified personal training, leading to the opening of their gym Fit Statesboro in 2011. He has been the sole owner since 2015 and has expanded the gym to include 24/7 access in addition to their personal training services.

Jason has been married to his wife Katie for 7years and is father to Gray (3) and Ivy (1). He considers Statesboro home for his family and has greatly benefited both personally and professionally from the Statesboro community. He is grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness and give back to the community he loves while supporting the amazing work of Safe Haven.

MEET TAYLOR HINSON

Taylor Hinson has been a resident of Bulloch County her entire life and graduated from Statesboro High School. She is currently a student at Georgia Southern University, where she majors in Elementary Education. Taylor is an active member of Phi Mu at Georgia Southern, and she is currently employed at Forest Heights Pharmacy and Statesboro School of Dance.

Taylor grew up dancing at Statesboro School of Dance under the instruction of Shay Morgan for eleven years. While at SSOD she was trained in ballet, tap, and jazz, and performed as lead role in the Peter Pan production and various other roles in shows such as The Nutcracker, Frozen, and Wizard of Oz. Taylor first began teaching dance at SSOD in eighth grade and continues to share her passion of dance with others by teaching and assisting backstage during each show.

Taylor cannot wait to get back on stage and spread awareness for such a great cause.  She is very grateful she has been given the opportunity to participate.
