Renovations are under way at the former Fazoli's restaurant located at 244 Henry Boulevard in the Southern Crossing shopping center. Fazoli's has been closed for over a year.
Justin Williams, City of Statesboro, Planning and Housing Administrator has confirmed that the renovations have been permitted for a Mattress Firm store in the former Fazoli's.
Mattress Firm has been looking at entering the Statesboro market for some time.
