Community members captured timeless memories as they roamed around the hangar and base of operations, taking pictures inside many of the 15 aircraft on site, creating moments that will be looked back on for years to come.

These memories were amplified with massive aerial maneuvers from pilots representing Lowcountry Flight Company and associate pilots of the training school.

Chief flight instructor Christian Rushing played a major role in orchestrating the large-scale event, with a mission to bring the Statesboro community out to the airfield and share his love of aviation with everyone in attendance.

“I love aviation. I live and breathe it. It's what I do, right? The more people I can pass that along to whether it's the kids just sitting out here watching, or the guys that are never gonna fly, that just want to come see an airplane and talk to pilots and ask questions that's what I care about," Rushing shared. "If I get somebody that wants to learn to fly, we’ll take care of you. That’s what we do. But this event, this pancake breakfast, was more about getting the community out here and getting them just to see an airplane, you know, get up close to them.”
