Georgia Southern BCM to be reinvented with four story residence, worship hall, and coffee shop
The Statesboro City Council voted to approve special exceptions of residential density and commercial spaces for the new Baptist Collegiate Ministries residential facility that will replace the worship hall currently standing on Chandler Road. Jeff Warwick, the founder of the real estate investment company behind the project says the purpose of the project is to support the service of the Georgia Baptist Mission Board.
