Ms. Erica La’trelle Shatteen, age 43, departed this life, Wednesday May 17, 2022, at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
She received her formal education in the Bulloch County School System.
She is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Sophia Mae Brown Shatteen and Toni Littles; her grandfather, Claude Littles; three aunts and five uncles.
She is survived by seven children, Eric Shatteen, Sophia Shatteen, Daniel McCullough, Jamariah McCullough, Emari McCullough, Jaimion Shatteen and Lorenzo Shatteen all of Statesboro, GA; four grandchildren, Aaliyah Shatteen, Augusta, GA, Serenity Shatteen, Nikeyvis Shatteen and Seraiya Shatteen, all of Statesboro, GA; her mother, Terrie Shatteen, Statesboro, GA; her father, Larry (Linder) Shatteen, Statesboro, GA; her sister, Latonya Shatteen, Statesboro, GA; brothers, Antoine Shatteen, Savannah, GA and Hassan Dunell, Irvington, NJ; her paternal grandfather, Henry (Rozina) Shatteen, Statesboro, GA; a special significant other, Tyler, Lockett, two god children, Shalandria Rivers, Statesboro, GA and Jeremy Oliver, Statesboro, GA. A host of other relatives and friends.
A walk-through viewing for Ms. Shatteen, will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022, from 3 pm to 6 pm, at Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
A celebration of Life Service for Ms. Erica L. Shatteen, will be held, Monday, May 23, 2022, at the chapel of Hill's Mortuary, Inc., from the hours of 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Final rites have been entrusted to Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
