June 6, 1944 - August 13, 2023
Missouri Murray, age 79, transitioned from this earthly life to eternity on Sunday, August 13, at Pleasantview Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was a native of Bulloch County and a member of Summerhill Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the usher board until her health failed. she was a domestic engineer.
She is survived by two sisters, Minnie Pearl Wilson-Everett, Statesboro and Christine (Dewitt) Porter, Nevils, GA and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Murray will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Summerhill Missionary Baptist Church with the pastor Reverend Rapheal Smith, eulogist and the Reverend Perry Cooper, presiding. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Public viewing will be Friday, August 18, 2023, from 1:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Covid -19 mandates will be adhered to when attending these services.
