Matthew H. Lovett & Son’s Funeral Home announces the passing of Mrs. Judy Ann Bierstedt, age 78 of Statesboro. Mrs. Beirstedt passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at her residence in Statesboro, GA after an extended illness. She was under the compassionate care of Gentiva Hospice.
Judy Ann Bishop was born in Mankato, MN. She owned and operated a residential cleaning business for many years. She loved gardening and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, the late Robert Bierstedt.
She leaves her memories to be cherished by her children Mark Bierstedt of St. Michael, MN; and Claudia Etheridge of Statesboro, GA.
Per Mrs. Bierstedt's wishes, her final disposition will be cremation with her family to hold a private service to honor her life.
