Mrs. Jessie Bell Jones, age 82 passed made her transition to be with the Lord on Saturday, evening at her residence after an extended illness.
She was a native of Bulloch County, a member of Hutchinson Baptist Church and last employed with the Bulloch County School System.
She is survived by three daughters, Eloise Jones, Statesboro, Willie Mae Jones, Brooklet and Beverly D. Joseph, Jacksonville, FL; one son, Marty Jones, Brooklet; two sisters, Mary Agnes Johnson, Jacksonville, FL and Doris McCullough (Harry), Pembroke; two brothers, Floyd Daughtry, Daytona Beach, FL and Lloyd Daughtry, Brooklet; one aunt, Minnie Bell Moore, Detroit, MI ; one uncle, Aaron Cone, Sr., Brooklet, eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Jones are incomplete and will be posted later.
