Matthew H. Lovett & Sons Funeral Home sadly announces the passing of Mr. Charles K. Scott, age 79, of Statesboro. Mr. Scott passed into eternal rest on the morning of Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later. We kindly ask everyone to keep the Scott family lifted in prayer.
