Angie Melaine Wainright Williams passed away peacefully Thursday morning , April 18, 2024, at her home in Statesboro. Born in Nahunta, GA, her parents were James L. “Jim” and Florence E. Wainright. Angie was a member of First Baptist Church of Statesboro, and worked as an IT Business Analyst until retiring from the Bulloch County School District. She enjoyed gardening, reading, camping, and spending time with family. She was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a loving wife to her husband Ted and mother to her two children, Ross and Rachel.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Ted Williams, son, Ross Williams, daughter, Rachel Williams and fiance Taylor Callahan, brother, Rev. James Wainright, sister, Gail Turner and many nieces and nephews.
