According to a report by the National Weather Service in Charleston, South Carolina, an approaching cold front will bring a fast moving broken line of thunderstorms down into Southeast South Carolina and Southeast Georgia the afternoon of May 30, 2025.
Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms will be possible.
A Small Craft Advisory has been issued and residents in these areas are encouraged to secure loose outdoor items.

The greatest threat will be strong damaging wind gusts of 60 to 70 MPH. No flooding is expected due to the fast-moving nature of the storm.
