The Georgia Police K9 Foundation is celebrating their enormously popular annual fundraiser with a Friday Night Fiesta, which will be held Friday, May 9, 2025 from 5pm to 11pm in the Oak Room at Ogeechee Technical College (20 Joe Kennedy Blvd., Statesboro, Georgia).
At the event, guests will be able to meet some of the nation's bravest K9 companions in a festive atmosphere where they can bid on silent auction items, observe K9 demonstrations, and more.
"Join us for this FREE community event May 9, 2025! Enjoy K9 Meet and Greets, K9 Demos, Raffle, Silent Auction, Food Truck, Cash Bar, Door Prizes and a LIVE Mariachi Band," organizers shared on the event's social media page.
As guardians on the front lines, K9 officers play an invaluable role in protecting their fellow officers and communities. The Georgia Police K9 Foundation works to recognize these K9s for their extraordinary service and pay tribute to their ultimate sacrifice.
