The event's "meat thermometer" is heating up as donations come in.

The event's proceeds go directly to providing free care to Hearts and Hands patients. For more than a decade, Hearts and Hands has been providing free primary health services for Bulloch County residents who are medically uninsured and have an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The provided nearly 2,500 patient visits in 2023 thanks to 57 health care provider partnerships and 16 licensed volunteer medical and dental providers caring for patients on-site.

Sponsorships and barbecue teams are still being accepted for Saturday!
