East Georgia Regional Medical Center is congratulating its January employee of the month.
The January 2023 EGRMC Employee of the Month is Stephanie Lastinger. Lastinger is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and has been part of the team at EGRMC for almost six years.
“Stephanie is a valuable asset to our team,” said EGRMC CEO, Stephen Pennington. “She has dedicated her time and her energy to EGRMC. Stephanie models our mission to provide quality healthcare services in a safe and compassionate environment to every patient, every time, always.”
Lastinger was nominated by her colleagues for her great attitude, dedication, responsiveness and commitment to providing quality service and her positive attitude while supporting her fellow critical care team members.
One nomination describes her as, “dependable, caring and definitely a team player. The work ethics that she possesses are what the healthcare field needs on a daily basis from us all."
A colleague stated, “I am nominating Stephanie because the community, providers and others need to know of her dedication and commitment to our hospital, patients and their families.”
