The Archibald Bulloch Chapter of the NSDAR (National Society Daughters of the American Revolution) will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Oct. 6, at 11:30 a.m.
The program will feature Mrs. Shontay Jones, Election Supervisor for the Bulloch County Board of Elections and Registration. With our mid-term election coming up in November, it will be a timely and informative program.
The meeting will take place at the Bulloch Telephone Co-Op Building, located at 2903 Northside Drive West.
The potluck luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m.; bring your favorite dish to share. Members of the Sons of the American Revolution are also invited to attend.
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is a women’s service organization, whose focus is Patriotism, Education and Historic Preservation. Our motto is “God, Home and Country.”
We welcome any woman who can trace her lineage to a patriot who supported the war by serving the military or supporting the cause in another way.
If interested in becoming a NSDAR member, contact Regent Brenda O’Quinn at 912-512-1212.
