The Community First Partnership Group is thrilled to announce its Annual Back to School Bash, a vibrant community event designed to welcome students and families back to school while providing essential resources and support for the upcoming academic year. The event will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Boys and Girls Club, located at 1 Lee Hill Drive, Statesboro, GA 30458.
The Back to School Bash will feature a variety of activities, including fun games, educational activities, and opportunities to connect with local organizations and community resources. Families will have the chance to gather valuable information about school programs, health services, and extracurricular activities available in our community.
"We are excited to bring together students, parents, educators, and local organizations for a day of fun and learning," said Vernetta Staten, a member of the Community First Partnership Group and President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. "This event is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our community bonds and ensure that every student is prepared for a successful school year."
This year’s event will include:
● Resource Booths: Local organizations will provide information on programs and services available to families.
● Interactive Activities: Engaging games and educational activities for children of all ages.
● Health and Wellness Services: Access to health screenings and wellness information from local providers.
● Free School Supplies: Essential school supplies will be distributed to families in need.
