In-law suite within a private home. If you are looking for quiet, safe neighborhood with no sketchy neighbors than this is for you. Spacious with most upgrades being under 2 years old. Included in the rent is 24/7 online laundry along with internet and cable. Very cozy for a "single" person. Non smoker and dogs are not preferred. Cats are acceptable.
