Superior Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
-. Guide customers through a transparent, customer-first sales process
-. Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through responsiveness and problem resolution
-. Meet and exceed dealership goals through training, motivation, and teamwork
-. Develop in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, incentives, and financing programs
-. Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments
-. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
-. Ensure full compliance with OMVIC regulations and all dealership policies
-. Be active on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) to engage and promote
-. Perform other duties as required to support dealership success

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
-. High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
-. Automotive sales experience preferred but not mandatory
-. Valid OMVIC license (we’ll help you get certified if needed)
-. Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license
-. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
-. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
-. Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
