The SIS Group is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our ever growing team.
Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring efficient operations.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy access to documents.

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office-related tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
