Three Tree Coffee celebrates 10 years of serving the Statesboro community delicious coffee drinks.
Three Tree Coffee, founded by Philip Klayman, uses specialty coffee to Empower Farmers, End Human Trafficking and Engage the Community. For the past 10 years, their coffee shop on South Main St. has provided a gathering place to build community while their roasting warehouse has provided artisan roasted coffee to numerous businesses across the Southeast. To date, they have donated over $42,000 towards their mission.
“It is incredibly special to look back on the past 10 years and see how we have been able to bless this community and how this community has blessed us. I never could have dreamed how much of an impact opening this coffee shop would have,” Klayman said.
To celebrate, Three Tree Coffee is having a ‘Survivor’ themed August, branded around the hit reality TV show. This includes:
-
A Survivor Blend roast with wild and adventurous flavors
-
Limited-edition t-shirts
-
A Survivor X (ten) drink that tastes like a frozen pina colada latte
Three Tree Coffee will also be partnering with Dancing with the Statesboro Stars contestants Madelyn Ritchie and Trenton Higginbotham to raise money for Safe Haven.
On August 26, from 5-7 p.m., they will host a 10-year celebration event at their shop on South Main Street. Guests are encouraged to pre-order BBQ plates, with all proceeds going to Safe Haven. There will also be:
-
A raffle for an outdoor bundle grand prize
-
Survivor-themed activities
-
Live music
Klayman added, "It should be a really fun night to celebrate surviving for 10 years while also supporting a great organization in Safe Haven. I even hear Jeff Probst may make a cameo appearance…”
