Youth Career Camp has a seventeen-year history of supporting and guiding their youth, under the direction of Wayne Williams and the YCCI Board of Directors. "This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Training can be tailored to fit specific needs," Williams says. According to the YCCI website, those needs can include helping youth with resume building, interview preparation, and even financial literacy.

Last year's participants had the opportunity to pitch business ideas to local leaders as part of their skills training.
