Mr. Sidney "Carl" Hendrix, age 91, died on Sunday, September 24th 2023 at The Gardens in Statesboro. Carl was born on February 6th 1932 in Portal, GA to the late Rufus P. Hendrix and Mary Lee Donaldson Hendrix. He was a long time resident of Portal and worked for many years as a crop duster with Eure Brothers Crop Care. He was preceded in death by his wife Claudia Eure Hendrix.
Carl is survived by several children and grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be held on Saturday, September 30th, 2023 at 10:00am at Eastside Cemetery in Statesboro with Rev. Toby Skrine officiating.
