The Statesboro-Bulloch County Library is gearing up for a fun-filled community event to launch its summer reading program. "Adventure Begins at Your Library" is the theme for the 2024 summer reading program, and the Statesboro-Bulloch County Library has planned an afternoon of adventure for all.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 25th, from 11am to 1pm, as the library transforms into a hub of excitement. From engaging games to creative crafts, face painting, and complimentary books, there's something for everyone. While food trucks will tantalize taste buds (at a cost), magician The Rogue will mesmerize with his balloon artistry.

The Statesboro-Bulloch County Library will begin its summer reading program with free books, fun activities, and delicious food.

This exciting event isn't just about entertainment; it's an opportunity to register for the library's summer reading program.

"Our summer reading program is open to all ages," says Caroline Johnson, Library Manager.

Whether you're a book enthusiast or seeking family-friendly activities, this event promises to kick-start your summer with literary adventures and memorable experiences. Don't miss out on the chance to join the community in celebrating the joy of reading and learning at the Statesboro-Bulloch County Library.
