Mother. Agnes Pearsall, age 83, passed into rest, Saturday, September 3, 2022, at the Heritage Inn Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur Pearsall and Minnie V. White Pearsall born in Metter, Georgia.
Mother Pearsall received her formal education in the Bulloch County School System and was attended the Thomas Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
She was retired from Georgia Southern University.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Pearsall, a brother, David Pearsall and her sister, Gladys Pearsall.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her children, Lynda (Sim) Lundy, Carl Pearsall, Gary Pearsall and Timmy (Jennifer) Pearsall, all of Statesboro, GA; a brother, John Pearsall; a sister, Bertha Mikell; 6 grandchildren, Qwiyana Lundy, Sharvae Lundy, Garry Pearsall, Simeon Q. Lundy, Charneisha Walden and Davien Lundy; 8 great grandchildren, Kamerron Pearsall, Jeremiah Lundy, Zyriah Monroe, Khily Williams, Malaysia Lundy, Messiah Lundy Noah Harvey and Kennedi Wright; a best friend, Linda Hewitt, loving and caring cousins, Ann Drummer and Betty Drummer; god daughters, Sheryl Edwards, Julia Murray, Alisha Jones, Evangelist Stephanie Nixon and Linda Samuel; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A walk-through viewing for Mother Pearsall, will be held Friday, September 9, 2022, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hill’s Mortuary.
The funeral service for Mother Agnes Pearsall, will be held, 11 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2022, at the chapel of Hill’s Mortuary, Inc., with Evangelist Stephanie Nixon, officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside First Baptist Church Cemetery.
Final rites have been entrusted to Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
