Christie Lee Dykes, age 57, went home to be with Jesus on April 21st 2023. Christie was born in Brunswick, Maine on February 12th 1966. She was a resident of Perkins, GA and an employee of Jenkins County. She was preceded in death by her father, James C. Dykes Sr.
Christie is survived by her two sons, James Millett and John Millett, of North Augusta, SC, her mother, Eunice O. Brookshire of Smith Station, AL, two brothers, Robert and Yolanda Dykes, and James C. Dykes II and Renea Dykes of Seale, AL, one sister, Theresa and Randy Temples, Uncle Russell and Aunt Gail of Phoenix City, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
