UPDATE: As of 3 PM on Wednesday, July 12th, Tommy Ellis Brown has been taken into custody.
Wednesday July 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM Bulloch County Deputies remain in the area of 1932 Old Groveland Rd. searching for Tommy Ellis Brown. Brown has numerous warrants and has fled on foot. Brown is a white male, 5'11", 220 pounds, brown hair and green eyes. Brown should be considered armed and dangerous.
Multiple agencies are responding. People in the area may notice the Georgia State Patrol helicopter overhead.
