About the MDsave Program
This voucher is for a digital mammogram screening of both breasts, for women who exhibit no signs or symptoms of any disease, complaint, or abnormality. This also includes computer-aided detection (CAD) of lesions obtained during the mammogram.
What’s the difference between 3D and 2D?
New 3D mammogram technology takes many images in a single pass across the breast and creates a three-dimensional image in a computer. Though 3D mammograms use slightly more radiation than standard 2-view mammograms, both are considered low dose x-rays. Images from both types of mammogram can often detect tumors or calcium deposits that cannot be felt.

Promotional pricing applies to 2D or 3D mammogram screening vouchers purchased from participating providers between October 1–31, 2022. Many providers require a physician’s order. Appointments do not need to be scheduled within the month of October, but vouchers must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. Vouchers purchased with CareCredit must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of purchase.
