High Hope Service Center to host dedication in honor of June DiPolito

Honoring June DiPolito

On Friday, June 27, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., Pineland BHDD will host a heartfelt dedication ceremony for the High Hope Service Center, honoring the late June DiPolito, the visionary who founded the Bulloch-Candler location.

DiPolito was known across the region as a fierce advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her leadership helped expand Pineland’s services across eight counties, creating opportunities and improving quality of life for countless families. Now, the community will come together to celebrate her incredible legacy.

The dedication will include guest speakers, a special portrait unveiling, and light refreshments. Guests are also invited to tour the High Hope facility to learn more about the programs DiPolito helped establish right here in Statesboro.

Organizers remind attendees that most of the event will take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather. In case of rain, a backup plan is in place. Parking is limited, so carpooling is strongly encouraged.

DiPolito’s impact is immeasurable, and this event is a chance for the community to say “thank you” to a woman who changed so many lives.

The address for the event is 213 Simons Rd., Statesboro GA, 30458. This event will be primarily outside, so please dress accordingly. Alternative plans have been made for rain. Parking is limited, so please carpool if possible.
