The property was initially developed as the Meinhardt Vineyard, and at its peak, was producing over 27,000 gallons of wine and 17 acres of producing vineyards. After changing hands and eventually being foreclosed on, the property was purchased by local businessman Marvin Deal in 2021. Deal worked diligently to remodel the original cottage and grounds. He renovated the production warehouse into a fully heated and cooled wedding event center and added a master suite to the original cottage.
